What customers say?

“ They have an absolute hotpot buffet choices. The have sushi, noodle station and even an ice cream and drink station. You can help yourself with unlimited chirashi don and also beef don. I love their soy collagen soup and also sukiyaki ”

“ Loved Izu Village’s sukiyaki buffet! Fresh wagyu, tender veggies, and perfectly seasoned broth—all you can eat, so satisfying! Staff are friendly, service quick. Great for groups/families. Highly recommend! ”

“ Great place for a personal hotpot or AYCE hotpot. Mini hotpots start at $19, and comes with the broth, vegetable platter, choice of meat, and unlimited rice or udon with sauce bar. Probably the best value meal in Sydney under $20 for price and quality! AYCE prices vary with the day of the week but seem to hover at around $65 per person. The AYCE option comes with a single serving of fresh mixed sashimi as well as access to the vegetable and frozen foods section where you can get toppings and fillings for your hotpot similar to what you would find in a malatang place. For the price, you also get to order sides like sushi rolls and fried japanese appetizers. You also get to finish off your meal with a sweet treat like bingsu or my personal favorite - the creme brunette Great spot, highly recommend! ”

“ We had a Japanese hotpot Wagyu buffet at Izu Village. The unlimited supply of Wagyu chuck roll and chuck shoulder were exceptionally fresh and literally melted in the mouth. I also loved the Fish Ball with Roe, with one bite and the crab roe burst out, delivering a rich, fresh, and delicious flavor. Crab Tempura was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, when dipped in the restaurant’s special sauce, it tasted sweet and refreshing. Izu Village’s matcha ice cream had a strong matcha flavor and a smooth, creamy texture that was truly unforgettable. The assorted sushi was fresh and tasty, and there was a wide selection of cold dishes as well. I especially enjoyed the jellyfish strips and soft-boiled eggs. The service was warm and attentive, and the environment was elegant and peaceful. With a 90-minute dining time, it was definitely great value for money. ”

“ this place was such good value! my mum and i made the most of our 90 mins seating time - we tried all the delicious side dishes that izu village had to offer. their kimchi cold noodles were stunning. such a refreshing broth, and it pairs perfectly with the hotpot broths. their dinner also comes with a complimentary sashimi plate, and the sashimi was so fresh and delicious i loved the meat as well, we got two soup bases so we got to try more flavours and of course, they were delicious after making our own sauces to dip the meat in. the veggies, rice cakes and quail eggs selection was great too!! so many options, and i loveddd their sweet potato rice cakes and the cheese rice cakes. the quail eggs were soo good too i also liked their beef teriyaki don, and all the desserts. my mum and i were obsessed with the crème brulee and the oreo ice cream cake. they also do lovely bingsus, and there was also good ice cream to end the meal (the matcha is actually good!) overall, it was such a filling dinner and i enjoyed literally everything we ordered ! come check out izu village, such good value ”

“ Great all-you-can-eat hot pot experience in the city. The meat and vegetables were very fresh, soup bases were generous, and refills were quick. The Christmas promotion is a nice bonus and good value for money. The space has an industrial vibe and is always lively. Perfect for a winter dinner with friends. Would definitely come back. ”

“ Highly recommended! I come here 1–2 times a week because the food is consistently delicious. The quality is great and the staff provide excellent service — always friendly and attentive. Very impressed every time I visit. ”

- Cha Rau -

“ We come here quite often for the mini hotpot combo. It includes a plate of meat, unlimited rice or udon, and a good assortment of veggies. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it, the meat quality is good and the combo is very filling. Dinner service can get quite busy though, so expect longer wait times, but overall it’s a solid option when you’re craving hotpot. ”
